Only barely after seeing the Pixies yesterday, I managed to get tickets for PJ Harvey!! October 22nd in the Warfield in San Francisco.

Matt, if you’re watching this, I got one ticket for you as well!

This afternoon we saw the Pixies, a concert that’s part of their 2004 reunion tour across the US. This was their 3rd show in the Greek Theatre in The People’s Republic Of Berkeley, on the university campus. The venue was excellent: a small outdoor amphitheatre.

The Pixies played a great set! All the good songs, including Bone Machine, Gigantic, Debaser and Hey. Kim Deal seemed very sober and was joking with Frank Black. Joey Santiago played really good.
